Started with a stove, a lot of jars, and a stubborn belief that food should taste like something
Sweet and Savory Farmstead began the way most good things do — out of necessity and a refusal to accept mediocre food. We started in a home kitchen, canning whatever the season offered, learning through trial and error what traditional methods actually require.
Today we operate from our farmstead just outside Fond du Lac, where every product still carries the same standard: if we wouldn't serve it to our family, we won't sell it to you. That's not marketing — it's just how we've always done it.
